M.I.B. Team
Founded in 1998, the Franklin County Make it BIG Team, is a group of Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and friends of the agency whose primary focus is on the three R's: Recruitment and Retention of volunteers and the building of Relationships between Big and Little people. The M.I.B. Team provides a wonderful opportunity to meet other volunteers, network, and gain support from peers in the program. The group gets together for a social activity at least once a month and is an opportunity to talk with other Bigs about their Littles or to just have fun with other adults who share the value of mentoring youth in our community. If you have ever considered being a Big Brother or Big Sister, this is a great chance to gain insights from people who are already matched.
