LARGE GROUP RENTALS

Camp Oty'Okwa offers excellent facilities for large groups such as school groups, youth retreats, Scouts, nature enthusiasts, etc. Your group of 30 - 200 guests can enjoy the whole Camp Oty'Okwa experience together.

LODGING

Inside Sebring Lodge

Lodging for groups 20-128 is available at Sebring Lodge located in the central camp area of Camp Oty'Okwa.

The front of the lodge faces the open field in the center of camp with a view of the forest off of the decks on the back side. It has two levels with a total of four separate units (rooms). Each unit is furnished with bunk beds and a restroom with sinks, toilets an showers. Each unit also has an adjoining deck on the edge of the woods. The camp road in front of Sebring Lodge allows for easy loading and unloading of luggage, and parking is available close by. Bedding, linens and toiletries are not provided.

SEBRING LODGE RENTAL RATES

Occupancy - 30 minimum - 128 maximum guests

$360 per night for the 30 minimum, $12/guest per night for each additional guest

A 6% lodging tax will be added to all lodging costs.

Meals are provided at an additional charge.

Firewood is available at $5 per bundle.

Optional programming and faciliators can be arranged in advance at an additional charge.

ADDITIONAL LODGING FOR LARGE GROUPS AS NEEDED MAY INCLUDE:

Rustic Cabins (11-15 guests per cabin)

There are two cabin units and one platform tent unit. Each unit has a shower house with restroom facilities. Each cabin or tent has bunk beds that sleep ten to fifteen. Five of the cabins are heated and can be used year-round. The remaining cabins and platform tents are available for seasonal use only.

Platform Tents (2-8 guests per tent)

Platform tents are available throughout the central campus area wit access to shower houses. The platform tents are available for seasonal use only.

DINING

Inside the Dining Hall

Your guests will be served their meals in the Dining Hall. This scenic setting is surrounded by windows and a stone fireplace, and it can also be used as a meeting space.

Meal choices will be worked out with you ahead of time at the following prices:

Breakfast $4.50 per guest
Lunch $5.50 per guest
Dinner $6.50 per guest
Snack $2.00 per guest

ADDITIONAL INCLUDED FACILITIES

Access to the following camp facilities is included with Large Group Rentals at no extra charge:

Rahal Activity Center

Albert Shelter House

Both the 7,000 square foot Rahal Activity Center and the Dining Hall are great meeting spaces for classes, conferences or get-togethers. Tables and chairs are available at both facilities. Rahal Activity Center also includes an indoor basketball court, a climbing wall, an arts and crafts room, a nature center and restrooms with showers.

The covered Albert Shelter House will accommodate 60 people and is easily accessible to the field for demonstrations and activities.

OPTIONAL PROGRAMMING

In addition, your large group can overcome challenges, build self-esteem and develop team work through programs and activities such as the Climbing Wall and Low Ropes & Group Initiatives Courses. Access to these facilities and programming can be arranged in advanced at an additional charge.
