The Enrollment Process Involves:

  • Volunteer Application with four references
  • Background Check (a prior arrest does not automatically disqualify a volunteer)
  • Personal interview with an Enrollment Coordinator
After you have completed the enrollment process and have been accepted as a Big Brother or Big Sister, you can expect the following:
  • To have a professional match support coordinator who will help to support your relationship with your Little.
  • To be introduced to your Little Brother or Little Sister and the Little's parent/guardian during a meeting at the Little's home.
  • To talk with your match support coordinator on a monthly basis to discuss the relationship you are developing with your little.
